Ringtail Studios is an EU-based studio specialized in providing 3D content production and co-development services for all types of platforms and real-time engines in the gaming and interactive entertainment industries. Ringtail Studios became part of Magic Media in June 2021. At Magic Media we are working to transform the world of gaming and entertainment. We have a physical presence in 12 countries and expertise in the areas of art, animation, cybersecurity, game development and VFX amongst others.

We are looking for an HRBP for our office in Chisinau. Since 2018, the Ringtail team in Moldova has grown to 40 people and continues to grow. HRBP Moldova will be responsible for the selection, adaptation, development of employees in Chisinau, as well as participate in the company's global HR projects.

What tasks await you:

• Supervision of recruitment for the office in Chisinau and independent recruiting;
• Onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
• Supervising the benefits of the office in Chisinau, adapting the general C&B program to the needs of the office in Moldova;
• Participation in event management for Chisinau;
• Talent management - conducting 1-1, escalating problems, creating conditions for the development of talents together with management, ensuring engagement and loyalty;
• Participation in the development of the company's HR brand in Moldova;
• Participation in the development of new procedures and HR processes for the entire company (onboarding, training, benefits, personal development plans, competency matrices, etc.).

What is important for this position

• HR manager / HR generalist / HRBP work experience from 2 years;
• Recruitment experience in IT/gamedev;
• Understanding the main components of HR: T&D, C&B, recruitment, employer branding, talent management;
• English level Intermediate and higher;
• Interest in people, desire to help and develop the team.
